FATHER ARRESTED: KEPT ONE CHILD IN DOG CAGE, LEFT ANOTHER OUTSIDE NAKED IN THE COLD

The picture on the left is a graphic example of what a mixture of  crystal meth, prescription drugs and alcohol can do to a human being. This man hardly looks alive, at all. If he were to be buried today, no one would need any embalming fluid, I reckon.

And certainly he must have been at least brain dead, because neighbors called the police when they found his three year old son, naked and shivering on the front porch, crying to be let back into the house.

When the cops arrived, they not only found the naked three year old outside, they also found a 16 month old girl locked in a dog cage, covered in feces.

A further search of the house found this miscreant, identified as William Lewallen of Tulsa, Oklahoma, in bed with another naked three year old, and passed out in a stupor of drugs and beer.

24 YEAR OLD TEXAS MAN SENTENCED TO 30 YEARS FOR RAPING AND BEATING 69 YEAR OLD MAN

Before I get into this story, I just have one question... What in the hell is this world coming to?

A 24 year old Missouri City, Tx man has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for sexually assaulting a 69 year old man in November 2008.
Johnathan Hall pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated sexual assault and burglary of a habitation with the intent to commit sexual assault.

According to prosecutors, on November 21, 2008, the 69 year old man went outside to retrieve his newspaper when he was approached by Hall. Hall then threw the man on the ground and told him that he was gonna rape and kill him. Hall forced the older man into a garage where he began to beat, sexually assault and threaten to kill him. Hall also threatened to kill the man's wife.

The victim was able to scream to warn his wife, but Hall began to repeatedly kick him in the head. Hall then entered into the house to look for the wife, but she had escaped to a neighbors house for help. Hall then ran from the scene.
Investigators, with the help of a description and prior encounters with him, was able to identify Hall. A sheriff's deputy went to Hall's home to speak to his parents and Hall jumped the deputy trying to take his weapon. it was later learned that Hall intended to rape the deputy... (sigh)

This is crazy as hell which is what Hall's defense team was hoping to prove HE was to get him off.

Hall was found to be sane and competent, but his lawyers argued that he was suffering from Schizoaffective Disorder. Hall was placed in a facility for treatment, but his family removed him, even though two months prior to this incident, his mother argued with health professionals that nothing was wrong with Hall. Counselors said Hall refuses to take his medication and claims that he will again commit similar crimes. Hall has to spend up to 13 years in prison before he comes up for parole. Personally, I think they should lock his psycho ass under the prison because at the rate he's going, I can only imagine what he'll do to the other prisoners. But, then again he may be the answer to some of their prayers. Even so, I think this whole damn story is crazy and sounds like some twisted book or movie. Readers, what do you think?

TO SAVE MONEY AND PREVENT OVERCROWDING, STATES SHOULD SEND THEIR PRISONERS TO THE MILITARY

Due to major economic problems across the country, states are making cuts in a big way.  In order to save money across the board, Governors are reducing unemployment benefits, slashing public sector jobs, and shutting down prisons and prison camps.


The correctional system in my home state of Michigan takes up 22% of the state budget. In 2009, they looked to their prison system to make $120 million in budget cuts for FY 2010. Because of this trend, many community prisons across the country face the threat of closing.


Do you remember the post I wrote about the guy who saved $11,000 in wages from the inmate work program over 21 years? If you do, then you remember that the state of Illinois is trying to take his money to put toward the $455,203.14 it has cost  to house him so far.


Local economies throughout the nation are threatened with collapse when facilities close. While the state moves to close prisons, they're at the same time trying to please citizens by crowding prisoners into other prisons instead of finding other solutions. Michigan on the other hand is trying to reduce the prison population through early release. For them, this saves the state money.


Why put prisoners back on the streets? They're gonna get out, and on top of not being able to get a job because of their record, there won't be any jobs to try to get. What next? A life of crime that's gonna land them back in prison?  Only to be released or not even processed because of the cuts.  What a vicious cycle. Why overcrowd the prisons? There will more violence and less care per prisoner. It's gonna turn into a huge humanitarian crisis that's just gonna cost more money to fix.


Instead of worrying about how much it costs to house a prisoner for X amount of years, and instead of putting them back on the streets, just send them to the military. It's the perfect solution. I'm not talking about people in the county jails (although they're overcrowded also), you know, people with DUIs and marijuana charges and whatnot. I'm talking about murderers, pedofiles, people who rob banks, bad ass gang members etc. It's really up to the government who they should send over there. I shouldn't have to think of everything. I just came up with the greatest idea in the world, do they expect me to tell them how to make it work?


If you're worried about putting guns in the hands of killers, think about the number of people who join the military as a last resort. Think about the people who were in and out of jail anyway. What about the people whose families didn't want them around anymore because they were a danger to society and themselves?  They went to boot camp, got some type of rehabilitation, some leadership skills, eventually some money and status as a productive member of society.  This shouldn't be any different with prisoners that are sent to the military in lieu of a prison sentence.

IT'S WRITTEN ALL OVER YOUR FACE... LITERALLY

Talk about irony... A West Price Hill, OH man has been arrested and charged with felonious assault after pistol whipping Tiera Bryant, who is 8 months pregnant back in late January. Jerome Smith, 27, has already been to prison twice. He spent 5 1/2 years in prison after being convicted of attempted murder, possession of drugs and burglary back in 2003. After being released in December 2009, he was re-arrested after less than three months for trafficking heroin. By June 2010 he was BACK in prison after being convicted on THAT charge. Now, the irony of it all is that, this candidate for "The World's Dumbest Criminal" hall of fame has the word "Genius" tattooed across his forehead. And what's even more ironic is that the chick whose arse he gave a lashing with his handgun, has reportedly asked the judge to drop the charges against Smith because the "police" didn't witness him whipping up on her. But, prosecutors insist that they indeed do have a witness. Smith is being held on $50,000 bond. Now, I have a question... If you're gonna live a life dedicated to committing crimes, why would you put obvious identifiable markings all over your face? BUMP THAT- Why would you do that to your face period? This reminds me of the dude from Florida who went on a crime spree last year stealing I-phones from AT&T stores. He had "I'm Me" tattooed across his forehead...
























It didn't take cops long to snag him, but that's another story...


I don't get it. This whole facial tattoo thing has me floored.Tyson, Game, Wayne, Gucci... I mean hey, if someone picks any of these guys as a role model, what more can you expect? I'm just saying...
