WOMAN FAKES KIDNAPPING TO GET OUT OF WORK

I remember when we wrote about the teen in Florida who faked his own kidnapping to get $50,000 from his father. I also remember the woman we wrote about who faked her own kidnapping because she felt that her boyfriend gave their child more attention than her.

There's something telling about a person's mental state when they fake their own abduction - for whatever reason. That brings us to Sheila Bailey Eubanks of Texas. Eubanks told police that a man jumped into her car while she was at a Credit Union ATM in San Antonio. The man allegedly made her drive around the city at knifepoint, so he could make what she described as drug deals.

After he made his multiple drug deals across San Antonio, he tied her up and left her in a field.

When detectives searched her purse, guess what they found? They found a lottery ticket that was purchased during the time she was supposedly being held hostage. They went to the store of purchase, checked the surveillance tape, and yep, there was Eubanks buying a ticket - alone.

The detectives also checked the tape at the ATM where the man allegedly jumped in her car. There was no man. They only saw her driving away alone.

When they showed her the lottery ticket, she admitted that she wasn't abducted. She said that she didn't feel like going to work, and she wanted a little attention. She was charged with aggravated perjury, and was held on $10,000 bond.

Yeah, if I were a cop, I would've been aggravated too.

WOMAN THREATENS TO KILL MOTHER OVER BLOODY TAMPON

From young ones to old ones, women can be some of the nastiest creatures on earth. I mean, have you seen some public women's bathrooms? Sure, the men's bathrooms have a little pee on the floor, maybe a turd floating around in the toilet. That's nothing compared to what you can find in the ladies room though. Don't ask how I know...I just know, and so do you.

35-year-old Yakia Mays of Dallas, Texas knows what I mean also. She was sent into a blind fury last week when she walked into her bathroom and  saw the bloody tampon her mother, Sandra left chilling on the counter.

Yakia made a beeline for the 52-year-old, and they began arguing. Not liking the fact that her mother had the nerve to utter a word in defense, Yakia went to the kitchen to grab a knife. She ran toward Sandra screaming, "bitch, I am going to kill you!"

Sandra ran into the bedroom, locked the door and called police, but that didn't stop Yakia. She tried to beat the door off the hinges while telling Mommy Dearest that she was going to stab her in the middle of her f*****g forehead.

Police arrested Yakia and took her to the Dallas County jail where she was charged with aggravated assault and held on a $25,000 bond.

Her nasty mama should've been charged with being nasty.

If you went into your bathroom and someone left a bloody tampon on the counter, what would you do?

WHAT REALLY GRINDS MY GEARS: MOM ARRESTED FOR LETTING HER KIDS PLAY OUTSIDE

Growing up, my neighborhood was full of children. During the summer, we played hard and we played all day. During the school year, after we did our homework, we played up and down the block until the streetlights came on.

One of the best parts of all of this was the sense of community that we had. Every household that had children was a safe haven, a home base if you will. Even the occupants of the few houses that didn't have kids would give us little tidbits of advice such as, "get your ass out that street before you get hit", or "stay off the grass". And if one of us was out of order away from home, we would be reprimanded or disciplined, then personally escorted home where that child would likely face further discipline or sanctions.

We played our fair share of video games too. Ultimately though, playing outdoors reigned supreme. As we got older and children became enslaved by iPods, hand-held games, computers and cell phones, playing outdoors literally became a thing of the past. New terminology came with the territory. One example is "child obesity". Outdoor activities have declined, so kids are getting fat.

Over the recent years, there has been a call for parents to increase their kids' level of activity. One mom answered that call, but instead of feeling like she was doing the right thing, she was arrested.

Tammy Cooper of La Porte, Texas was arrested for child endangerment when a neighbor called the police department and told them that Cooper's 6 and 9-year-old were playing outside on scooters unattended. What that neighbor didn't know was that Cooper was actually watching from a lawn chair and could see them, but the neighbor - who is more than likely a Beastly Barren Bitch who wishes she could have children - didn't see Cooper from her vantage in the cul-de-sac they live in.

When the policeman arrived, Cooper couldn't believe that they were there for her. She tried to explain that she had an eye on the kids the whole time, but because of the Beastly Barren Bitch, they had to take her in. It is not explained where the kids went while Cooper was in jail, but it must have been heartbreaking to see her daughter grab the officer's leg and beg him to not take her mommy away.

After she spent 18 hours in jail, Cooper was released and the charges of child endangerment was dropped. She plans on suing the La Porte police department and the Beastly Barren Bitch for damages.

My problem is the fact that the Beastly Barren Bitch didn't even investigate in depth. She could have 1) went over there to see what was going on like a good little nosy neighbor since she obviously knew which house they kids belonged to. 2) Called the kids over and asked them the whereabouts of their mommy like a good little nosy neighbor. Or she could have done my favorite, 3) just minded her fucking business if she wasn't going to keep an eye out for them out of concern.

What would you do if the were the recipient of the wrath of the Beastly Barren Bitch?

"PRETTY" TEACHER GOT PROBATION FOR SLEEPING WITH 14-Y/O, "NOT-AS-PRETTY" TEACHER GOT 5 YEARS FOR SLEEPING WITH 18 Y/Os

My buddy Monstah shared a story on his Facebook page over the weekend about Brittni Colleps, a teacher from Texas who was recently given five years in prison for having an inappropriate relationship with five students. I didn't think anything of it at first, because I figured justice was being served, but when I actually read the story, I didn't agree with what happened.

Apparently, this teacher had sex with five 18-year-old students at her home last year. I expressed in the thread how I didn't see any crime in what happened. I was then shown the portion of the State of Texas Penal Code where it says that any sexual contact between teachers and students at the same school is a felony. Still I didn't see any crime.

I went on to say that had these students murdered someone, the headline would've read "Grown-ass men murdered someone", and that they would've been tried as adults. I was told that we weren't talking about murder, but a teacher who took advantage of poor students blah blah blah. Poor students? These "poor students" are old enough to vote, fight for this country, get married, buy cigarettes, and rent porn. When the students testified, they said that they weren't forced or felt pressured into doing it. In fact, the young adults recommended that the teacher not get in trouble at all.

Because it took the jury less than three hours to agree on Colleps' sentence, I said in the thread that if this woman were pretty, she would've gotten probation.

Case in point: Remember the infamous Debra Lafave from Florida? She was also sentenced for sleeping with a student, except this student was 14-years-old. Lafave was charged with two counts of lewd and lascivious behavior; two years of house arrest for the first count, and one year of house arrest with seven years of probation for the second count.

Lafave was ordered to stay 1000 feet away from schools and daycare centers. She had to enroll in a course for sex offenders, told not to possess any porn or obscene material, and was ordered take a polygraph test annually. That was in 2005. When she finished her house arrest, she was dismissed from probation - four years early.

In all fairness, I have to report that just several days ago, her probation was reinstated. Still, Debra Lafave never did a day in prison for sleeping with that 14-year-old student.

Colleps never got the option to do house arrest or community service. She wasn't offered a deal where she would have to stay away from places children hang out. She got prison. And although that's the standard for student/teacher encounters, I think a young lawyer can make a name for his or herself by getting Colleps a better deal.

Whether this really has anything to do with looks, but more or less the states these people live in, common sense should be used when handling these kinds of cases. My job is to start conversations or shake up the ones already in progress. For example, back in May, a Florida teacher who had a relationship with an 18-year-old student did not face charges because why? Because they were consenting adults. Discuss.

So, let me ask: do you think Colleps' sentence of five years was appropriate? Should she have gotten more time? Do you think the men involved were poor victims? Do you think it's fair that Lafave took advantage of a 14-year-old and did no time, while Colleps' "victims" were 18-year-olds and got five years? Do you think Lafave got no prison time because she was pretty? Because she had good lawyers maybe? What kind of time do you think Lafave should've gotten? Do you think it's inappropriate for any person in any authority position to engage in a relationship with a subordinate?

MAN MOLESTS LITTLE GIRLS, FORCES THEM TO DRINK HIS SEMEN FROM A CUP

A Texas man is in big trouble after Cameron County police arrested him for molesting two little girls ages 3 and 4 at his home. It all came to light when the 4-year-old told her mother that she was experiencing pain. Some parents tend to think that claims of pain is a cry for attention, but I'm glad this mother immediately took her daughter to the doctor.

At the doctor's office, it was determined that the little girl had been sexually assaulted. The Sheriff's office was called, and after a conversation with the child, 19-year-old Juan Mejia's name came up.

Police questioned the "family friend" about the incident, and he confessed to what exactly happened: The girl and her 3-year-old sister walked into his room while he was masturbating. He saw that as an opportunity to sexually assault them in the process, and he made them drink his semen from a cup afterwards.

Mejia is being held on a $100,000 bond, relatively low, but there might be a method behind the madness. After Cameron County is done with him, he's scheduled for deportation.

If you were these girls' parents, what would you do? What would you want to see happen to him?

MAN HIGH OFF K-2 SPICE ATTACKS HOUSEMATES, EATS PART OF DOG

#insane - I'm sure that by now everyone is familiar with the crazy stories of zombie-like attacks that have been going on across the nation by people under the influence of bath salts. Well, it's gotten even crazier...

Meet 22-year-old Michael Terron Daniel of Waco, Texas. On June 24, 2012, police were dispatched to a home in Waco after a man called 911 to report that another man living there was "going crazy". The other man was later identified as Daniel. According to housemates, Daniel told them he was "on a bad trip" after taking the synthetic drug K-2 and then he began attacking them. K-2 is also known as Spice and is a blend of herbs and spices that is usually sprayed with a compound similar to THC which is found naturally in marijuana. Some side effects of Spice include paranoia, panic attacks, giddiness and violence.

After attacking housemates inside the home, Daniel ventured outside where he assaulted another man who lived there and soon turned on a neighbor who tried to intervene. According to witnesses, Daniel got down on all fours and began to bark and growl like a dog, chasing the neighbor who found refuge in his own home.  Apparently, the animalistic behavior triggered something in Daniel because he turned his anger towards the pet of one of his housemates, a spaniel mix, and began choking and beating the dog. Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton, of the Waco Police Department, said Daniel then "took a bite out of the dog, ripping pieces of flesh and eating them".

When police arrived at the home, Daniel was sitting on the front porch with the dog's lifeless body on his lap.  Swanton said there was blood and fur around Daniel's mouth and blood and fur on his clothing. He said Daniel's appeared to be in a daze at first, but snapped out of it and asked officers to "tase him or fight him to snap him out of the 'bad trip'". Officers declined and Daniel was taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital, where he was treated and released. On Monday, June 25, Daniel was arrested at his job and charged with cruelty to a non-livestock animal, which is a felony. His housemates refused to press charges against him and he is currently being held on $6,000 bond at the McLennan County Jail. Sgt. Swanton revealed that Daniel has been in trouble before, but wouldn't discuss the charges.

I just have one question: Why is it that when these people are under the influence of these synthetic drugs, their first instinct is to eat something/body? My uncle swears its a ploy by the gub'ment to weed out us humans. What do you think? I would love to read your feedback.

WOMAN FIRED FROM MACY'S FOR NOT LETTING TRANSGENDERED MAN USE LADIES' DRESSING ROOM

When a transgendered man tried to use the ladies' dressing room in a Texas Macy's last week, employee Natalie Johnson stopped him and said, "You're a man".

And although Macy's has a store policy that lets transgendered people choose which dressing room they want to go in, Natalie wasn't going to go along with the policy. She told her store manager that she was a devout Christian, and her religion prevents her from recognizing transgendered people. Quite naturally, she was fired.

Look, from the business point of view, if I need a position filled, and you need a job, and I'm going to pay you for the work you do, then that's it. I don't want to hear about why you can't work today, nor do I want to hear about babysitting issues or anything concerning your religion.

When working for a large retailer like Macy's, how could you even feel worthy enough to impose sanctions on customers? Doesn't Natalie know that there are people roaming the earth looking for a reason to sue a company like Macy's? So what she didn't want to see a man dressed as a lady change in the ladies' dressing room. She should have informed her manager of the situation before acting all "holy" on the person. Even if she didn't want to let him into the dressing room for fear that he could rape all the women in there, and he actually did rape all the women in there, it wouldn't have been on Natalie, it would've been on her manager.

What grinds my gears is the way she used Christianity to justify her behavior. Are you serious? "My religion prevents me from recognizing transgendered people"? What happened to Christianity being about love? How is anyone supposed to take White Jesus seriously when all people do is use Him to promote hate.

TEXAS JUDGE CRITICIZED FOR BEATING HIS DAUGHTER WITH A BELT

#insaneasylumblog - Seven years ago, Texas judge William Adams caught his daughter Hillary (who was 16 at the time) downloading music illegally from a website. So he did what any parent that believes in not sparing the rod would do. He disciplined her with his belt.

Hillary, unbeknownst to her parents, recorded the whole incident. She held on to the video over the years, but decided recently to upload it to YouTube in an attempt to make him "get help" according to her. She said that he's been harassing her over the years, and she wants him to stop. She doesn't go deeply in the details about the harassment, so I can't justify her uploading the video especially since she said the intent wasn't to get him trouble.

Since Hillary, 23, who has ataxic cerebral palsy (read the definition before you start criticizing) uploaded the video, it has been seen over 2 million times. People have already expressed outrage over the judge's actions, and a facebook page entitled Don’t Re-Elect Judge William Adams has been set up in an effort to get him off the bench.

First, let's watch the footage. Jump to the 1:00 mark if you don't want to wait for the action. At 2:45, go to 3:15 for more. The video will pop open right here so you won't have to leave.

You've watched it, so what do you think?

Personally, I didn't see anything wrong with it at all. I watched it with my referee shirt on and everything. Listen, the talking that typically goes with a whipping is rarely nice. It's part of the psychological effect. What's getting people in such an uproar is the fact that this is happening inside of a White family's home. This type of discipline is never seen on TV or in public places because Whites tend to favor the "time-out" approach over the direct-connect. I understand the reaction, but how would it look if his IP address was connected with illegally downloading music, and he got sued for millions like the others who got caught?

I used to get my share of the belt. Hell, the belt had a name, too. "Jim-Buck", short for "Jim Buckle". I got the standard whuppin', nothing fancy.  There was no using of the buckle, no hitting in the face or my nuts or anything like that. And trust me, I deserved every one I got. They tried the punishment approach on me, too. I mean, they mixed it up and stuff, but the whuppins were more effective.

Hey, if you think that's bad, I know people who got beat with the first thing their parent or guardian could get their hands on. Sometimes they were beaten with extension cords, broom handles, clothes hangers, chairs, fists...whatever.

What the judge did was textbook discipline with a belt, and there was nothing abusive about it at all.

Do you think judge Adams committed a crime? Do you think his daughter uploaded the video to be spiteful? Judge Adams presides over cases involving children (child abuse cases), and they've taken those away. Do you think that's fair?

TEEN MOM CAUGHT ON CAMERA SMOTHERING BABY WITH HAND, BLANKET

Just when it was starting to seem cool to be a teen mom, the downside rears it's ugly head.  The video below is not for the weak and not cool for children to watch.

18-year old Shantaniqua Scott is looking at life in prison for smothering her 4-month old baby, Rhaidyn.  In 2010, he was flown from Waco to Cook Children's Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas for what doctors called a recurring gastroesophageal reflux that was causing him to stop breathing. Suspicious of child abuse, doctors had a  camera installed in his hospital room to monitor Shantaniqua's actions.

In the video, Shantaniqua, who was 17 at the time, is seen placing a blanket over the baby's face.  She holds it there for about 20 seconds.  When a nurse walks in, Shantaniqua walks away from the crib and fumbles with her cell phone. When the nurse leaves, she is seen placing her hand on the baby's face for an additional minute and 14 seconds until he stops moving.  Doctors and nurses rush in to try to resuscitate him after alarms go off.

In a taped confession,  she said that she tried to kill him a couple of weeks after he was born, but he wouldn't stop screaming and kicking at the time.  Gosh, how inconvenient. Someone who's being killed is kicking and screaming.  She admitted that she wanted to get her son out of her life because the father wasn't around, and she wasn't ready to be a mother and deal with the stress.

Here's the video to the story:

Thank goodness baby Rhaidyn survived. The more I watch her put her hand over his face, the angrier I get.  She wanted to kill him because she didn't want to take care for him.  Adoption anyone?  You can tell she's still a girl in the head, and hasn't even begun to apply common sense to life.  Hell, she probably still wipes from back to front by mistake occasionally, not to mention the "she ain't right" look in her eye.  She kinda has that Marc Lamont Hill look.  The kind of look that says, "I'm a sociopath, but I'm trying to hide it."

What? it's better than calling him a cocaine dealer.

The baby is now 14 months old and is in the foster care system.  Shantaniqua was sentenced to 25 years in prison and is required to serve at least half of it.  Personally, I think she should do the whole 25.  Better yet, why not send her to the military?  I think dodging bullets would be a better form of rehab than locking her up. What do you think?  Is 25 years with a chance for parole enough?  What would you do if you caught someone smothering their baby?

"FAT HO BURGERS" OPENS IN WACO, TX

A restaurant has opened in Waco, Tx and some locals are not pleased. 23 year old Lakita Evans opened her burger joint and came under fire from a group of residents who were outraged by the name she chose. The name - 'Fat Ho Burgers'.

'Fat Ho Burgers' made it's debut on March 22nd and despite the flack it received, patrons filled indoor tables and lines formed out the door and spilled into the streets as the crew worked hard to fill orders. 'Fat Ho's' offers a wide variety of food ranging from burgers to chicken and ribs. They even have some Mexican items. hot wings and serve breakfast. You can order such items as the Supa Dupa Fly Ho with Cheese, the Sloppy Ho Brisket and the Fat Chicken Ho. And for the kiddies, there are even 'Tiny Ho Meals'.

Some patrons like the fact that prices ranging from $3 to $4 are in line with the current economic state. There's even a dollar menu. The most expensive item is a 1/2 slab of ribs w/ranch style beans and mashed potatoes for $11. Evans, who worked her way through college to open the burger joint, says the name is mostly a bit of humor in an otherwise serious world. One of 'Fat Ho' Burgers' neighbors 'The Gospel Cafe', which is also a bookstore run by a group of religious volunteers, think otherwise. They seem to think the restaurant could be a little more "holy". Pastor Marsha Martie said, "It would've been nice to think a little more sensitively."

Here is the menu for 'Fat Ho Burgers'...

FAT.HO.burger.menu - Fullscreen

If you're ever in Waco and find yourself a little hungry, stop on by 11th Street and Ross Avenue and check out 'Fat Ho Burgers', it's open from 10am to 9pm. I don't know about you, but I think I'll stay away from the "Ho" shit and just have the Hamburger Helper off the dollar menu...
